Our services, including software, design, text, and logos, are owned by HousePilot Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names including Tendria and 6061 Labs are brands of HousePilot Inc.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HousePilot Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
