This policy describes how HousePilot Inc ("HousePilot", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information across housepilot.io and the applications we publish, including apps released under our Tendria and 6061 Labs product brands. Individual products may publish their own supplemental privacy notices; where they do, the product-specific notice controls for that product.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate our products:
- Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or create an account.
- Usage data, such as pages visited, features used, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Communications content handled by our products on your behalf, such as call recordings, transcripts, and messages, where you have enabled those features.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our products and services.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- To secure our systems and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Third-party services
Our products rely on infrastructure and service providers such as cloud hosting, telephony carriers, payment processors, and AI model providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, email dev@housepilot.io. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Children
Our products are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of our products after a change means you accept the updated policy.
